Thread: No Flame Cook Box Sets and Kits! Do Any Of You Rate These At All Please?

    Well, they're ok but I am not such a convert that I am sold on this method, that began with the US Armed forces reheating packs for their first generation MRE's or Meals Ready To Eat.

    US version here at above link, which I so far have not seen face to face in real life use as yet.

    My ones are two of these units pictured below in a sealable black plastic tupperware box basically, where it is getting increasingly hard now to find the refill/replacement heat packs! Damn you Millets/Blacks, for returning these to your warehouse from your stores, to sell online exclusively! Whilst still actively continuing upon retailing just the boxes and the flask sets instore, solo of the replacement partner product fuel refill packs!

    Any opinions from other users of these products on here please? So far am just thinking of this as good only for an emergency back-up camping cook kit basically really, I think.
