Just spotted one for 'Knorr Professional Chicken Stock Bouillon'. Maybe it's good for as a boot treatment?

Perhaps OM has a considerable following amongst professional chickens?

Some sort of metrics chooses the ads you see. You look at things for sale or research things and you get ads of that type. Been looking at stock cubes?

Ooopps! Yes, zombie thread resurrection from the grave here I know! Am I bad! Well just really wanted to note my observations that we seem to have gone very posh and upmarket of late with banner adverts for Saville Row suits, expensive retro 1969 Beatles watches. ......then there is that advert for Tchibo!
Now I was a big fan of Tchibo, since like Aldi, and Lidl in past years as well, Tchibo did some great budget outdoors kit. I still have snow boots and snow shoes amongst other stuff from them. Then sometime 2008ish Tchibo Brexited the UK! They took down their UK website, and closed their UK office here in my home town of East Grinstead, West Sussex which dealt with customer service issues for all of the British customers. Now you click the banner link and all their website is exclusively in German language! Fine for prospective new UK customers who actually listened at school and speak their lingo! Not good for me then sadly!

Yeah, still has a coffee shop backed philosophy of selling other things to a coffee drinking captive audience in their shops. It was just the British, English language website they closed down years ago.

Righto, see we now have Wrestling Diva photo and videos banners coming up top and bottom of screen. Is this brought to us as a throwback to when someone had the clever idea of rebranding this outdoors interest site as a male dominated one perhaps? Not good for lots of the ladies looking on here I feel. Well, unless they are into female wrestling that is......

I am now signed up to the Tchibo regular email, through their appearance here on the OM site. Cannot make head or tail of them! All in German with no way to translate to the English! Pointless exercise that was, having them advertising on here.

Ok I see now that scantily clad wrestling ladies are a fixture similarly of adverts on other UK and US outdoors sites sadly.

Captain paranoia is very good with words isn't he, lol.

For instance, this thread title bit here as good example.....

His ' and their questionable relevence...' Just says so much that in so few words, lol.
