    Hi all,

I do a lot of backpacking, and wild camping and have recently got myself into fairly decent shape. I wanted to walk a little further and wanted to take something a bit more nutritious for my breakfast and lunch.

The dilemma was keeping it lightweight.

I wanted to keep away from the normal high carb foods such as sandwiches and pies (however appealing these are!!).

let me know what you think

    all the best.

    Adam

    thanks to all the haters!!

    redscotti, and diddi...get a life!!

actually a lot of famous sports stars use it, and i don't care about drumming up business, i am more of a user than a seller and have had fantastic results and mearly sharing my experience.

herbalife 24 is the best tasting protein shakes i have ever had and since using on my 2 and 3 day treks i have never performed so well.

artcic expeditions have been driven by the stuff.

anyway, like i say, thank you for the haters and trollers out there and i wish you all the best with your walks.

Not haters just sceptical about first time posters who post a product in the first post.
This forum gets spammed all the time so you can't blame us for being a bit weary.
You posted up a product without and info on performance or any other info.No hill photos just a vid on a product.
    Can you blame us??

    Powdered oats

    Chocolate whey protien powder

    Skimmed milk powder

Powdered almonds and dried banana chips

Add water, eat hot or cold

    a fraction of the cost.........

NO QUALIFIED sports nutritionist / dietitian worth their salt will ever recommend herbalife

    Outdoor Fitness Coach.

provide me with the evidence - name the expeditions that used it.

provide independent (not sponsored by herbalife or that solely appears on the herbalife website) studies that show it can or may improve performance.

until then my conclusion is snake oil with no proven advantage to a recipe like Ally 2s (which can be boiled down to flavoured dairy protein (whey) with more dairy protein (SMP) and some fats and carbohydrates (almonds and banana.).

Famous sports stars wear the same underwear. It's called supersttition and grasping at anything that may be perceived to provide a benefit aka placebo.

it's unproven overpriced bunkum popularised by the gullible who want miracles who have not the slightest inkling about how anything in the body works. Beblieved by the extra gullible who can't belive the simplest thing is the correct answer.
