Don't need to order a RoW closed sign.

I may or may not have nicked several off the stiles at the carparks on the A5 in Oggie Valley. They may or may not also be currently adorning the doors on our student houses!

If this did happen, it was actually after the limited reopening of the Glyderau. Amazingly, somebody might have been bothered to come along and replace them, days before the full reopening!! I my taxes may have paid for it!

Does anyone else remember the six feet long pieces of red fence someone actually carried up on to the Glyders and put across the paths to make sure walkers stayed in the reopened area? What, pray, was supposed to stop sheep wondering round them? I wish I had photographs of them. They were truly the most stupid things I've ever seen, and inherently the people who put them are stupid too. Outside TGO.

I may or may not have a similar one on my garden gate, declaring that access to my back garden closed by order of Worcestershire County Council.

Don't know what you mean about the bits of fence. I was up there the weekend they reopened it, and found no such impediments in my way. Either I didn't stray outside the allowed area, or I didn't stick to the paths - anybody like to guess?

No, the fences were there and I think I've got a photo of the one on Y Garn. In a defiant gesture I walked around it and stamped my feet! What a hero. :-)

Could they have been put up in much the same way that roads get closed after passing a set of roadworks on the way home from the pub??!??

Hmm do I detect that people here are also students or just have a good sense of humour?

Oi. Tom T. I found your e-mail from before Christmas and it's on my list for action. Honest it is. And I will buy some raffle tickets or drugs or whatever it is you sell.
