A couple of folks asked for some feedback on the new racer bag so here it is delivered today.

You get a damp proof stuff sack.

    a mesh stuff sack

    a sleeping bag

Bottom of bag is thicker than the rest.

And the top of the bag is a climb in type without a zip.

As you'd expect the build is great.

The lack of zip might put some off as getting hot means you can't vent.

The weight is exactly as claimed at 260g.

The space to get in the bag is fine I could climb into it easily and I have quite a big chest (if you know what I mean).

Outer material feels fairly damp resistant.

It pulls nice and tight round the face once you're in.

I noticed when climbing in it fills with air and lofts the bag right up which was good.

This weekend I will field test. Ask qustions if you like but all said and done it's just a sleeping bag, not porn.

I'm using it on Saturday/Sunday night.

Borrow it? Lol sure, as long as you give me £210 as a deposit.

The bag should work as long as the mat is right and you share a tent with a companion which I will be doing. If I get cold I have somebody to keep me warm. The bag does feel very warm to the touch.
