    These are my Carbon PacerPoles. They have seen a bit of work but they have no damage to poles. They have surface scratches (see pictures) which can be expected with sliding poles and shiny carbon fibre. On the right hand pole, the top foam has a tiny tear (see picture). This is hardly noticeable and has no bearing on the functionality of these fine poles. Considered to be the finest hiking poles out there.
