Bugger. The clear winner. No eVent superfly for me then. Les is going to have both of them.

    Truly excellent stuff.

    Not so fast Richard.

Jeannie's album isn't up yet - surely she will win?!

Thanks for all your comments, they are appreciated. When I get round to fully understanding the navigation of the site, I'll join in the forums.
BTW, Richard, I didn't realise there was a prize for the winning image, so thanks for that info.
For information, all the images were taken with a canon EOS 10DSLR, and a variety of lenses, mainly a 17-40F4L, inevitably a tripod, and on occasion filters.
I'm an amateur photographer who enjoys tramping the Dales with my dog and camera.

    Regards

    Les

Truly works of art Les, congratulations. Are they available commercially/ high res./larger size?. I'd definitely purchase a calendar/ poster size print or two........hmm how about an OM Calendar Jon?

Hi Dave, thanks for tose kind words Dave.
They are available larger size, and you can see them in my online album at http://lesmclean.photoblink.com/

Because I'm so busy (work, walking etc), I don't have time to market my photographs commercially, although I have had some modest sales to magazines etc, this is fine, because I don't have to work at it except send them a high res file
If you are interested in a couple of my images, I could send you the high res files (without charge), and you could get them printed at your leisure

    Les

The sunset has already become lovely wallpaper on my work comp. Terrific stuff. And not just from Les, but most of the pics in the gallery, it's an ace feature.
