    Another fine & sunny morning took us to the RSPB Visitor Centre at Leighton Moss from where we first visited the Trowbarrow Nature Reserve. From there we visited Hawes Water which lies within the Gait Barrows Nature Reserve before moving on to Gait Barrows itself with its wonderful limestone pavement and of course The Lady's Slipper Orchids which are reputedly Britains rarest wild flowers.
    Also included in this report are some pictures from various stages of growth of the Silverdale Orchid.
