    BBC2 are running these as repeats over Christmas.

    I found them a little dull, they really failed to portray any sense of enjoyment of the great outdoors.

    hi can anyone recommend any guidebooks that link the wainwrights together so i can do several in the space of a weekend. hopefully this would speed up my attempt to complete all 214. cheers

    Something worth watching on TV over the holiday period, I've seen 'em before though.

    And it's always nice to see the delightful Julia, I do believe she's got many more fans on here.
