Hi Taz I am not sure. I've not booked up anywhere. Not sure if the bunkhouse is full though I've never stayed in a bunkhouse before.. haven't been to the Lakes for ages so it would be nice to go. I've been working on improving my fitness since NYM.. I am going to a colleagues evening wedding do on the Sunday night so would have to be back for that..

Give them a call and get yourself booked in, depending on how busy they are you might get a room to yourself or just a small room, it's quite sociable as long as you take ear plugs.

Suggestion for a shorter walk for those less hillfit or with short legs, up Sheffield Pike from Glenridding.

looks good to me Taz, I certainly can't lay claim to short legs although I will never, ever be hill fit! I also do quite fancy Howtown back to Glenridding via the tea room and the beautiful Hallin Fell (of course!)

What's with this forum's idiotic and puerile labelling??? Ubermensch? Who needs that Nietzschian shit? I am labelled as Ultra King which makes me sound like a filter tipped cigarette.

By number of posts. Presumably meant to encourage paint but with how old/long term the remaining members are it's rather pointless
