I went into Poundland today and bought a pack of Two qty 1 litre collapsible pouches with pull up sports drink spouts for 1pound.
These work a treat and come with a carabiniere. These can be folded/rolled and can stand when filled.

You will find these in the Summer Style rack.

Must remember that info, thank you very much for posting that, FOX160! Pity we don't have a local Poundland, but there is one nine miles away in creepy Crawley, I am sure.

The Sawyer bladders are made of a fairly stiff plastic that likes to roll up and with a small spout aren't easy to fill from a stream for example. When cold, they're even less flexible. For a while I found and used a Source bladder that fitted the Sawyer filter thread and was made of a more flexible plastic that was easier to fill in the field. Even better than those are Ortleib bladders, which I got after seeing a fellow OM-er with one. Very flexible, large aperture for filling easily and a smaller concentric one to fit the Sawyer filter. Available in several sizes. Perfick.

More than a quid for two though. Never mind - being available online means they're still a good buy when your nearest Poundland is 60 miles distant...

Cut the bottom off a plastic milk carton to make a scoop to fill the bladder - useful in shallow water in particular and weighs next to nothing. I found the supplied squeeze bag annoyingly small so bought a 2L evernew collapsible which has the right thread

Shitty death - I just noticed the link I posted too contained what is (I hope!) a gross pricing error. £114? No thanks. Free delivery mind you....

The idea was to post a photo of the thing I had in mind - here's a better link for that purpose, and a better photo because you can zoom in.

    Still a good product.http://www.asadventure.co.uk/ortlieb...FUUcGwodps0J6g

Toot I am confused. The two pouches are 50p each and together weight 56g and not £13 pounds .?
