My thoughts for a Sunday walk are to meet at the Moorland Centre in Edale at 10am (good for anyone coming in by train as well as for drivers). Walk along the valley and up onto Kinder via Jacobs Ladder (unless someone has a better idea) to Kinder Low. Then along the edge to Pym Chair and Crowden Tower, perhaps making a little detour to Grindslow Knoll, and descend from Ringing Rodger back to Edale. It'll be 10 miles, plus whatever diversions and detours we make while playing on the plateau
    That would be good, thanks...

Just a quick question - The last bus from Buxton to Leek is at 18:05 on Sat 11th. I presume I should make it on time?

    Hiya Milly.

Somehow I've lost my original user name and account.

I'll be joining you on Saturday for the walk.

Hartington village centre (e.g. by the pond) at 10am.

    Ah...

Milly, there are apparantly roadworks on the A6 at Barmoor Clough.

You might want to turn off at down Long Lane at Dove Holes on Sunday, coming from Buxton...
