I've just installed this to my nokia 5800 and unlike the installed browser it does not seem to crash.
It is currently using my wi fi connection so have not tried it on gprs.
It automatically went online so wonder what it would do outside the house. It seems quite easy to use giving the options of tabbing like a normal browser.

Simon, I use Opera mini on my 5800 and have found it a pretty stable browser - I've posted on OM from 800m up in the Brecon Beacons!

Is there any difference with Opera Mini to Opera Mobile or is the mobile the newer version?

I was wondering about the difference between Opera Mini 5 and Mobile 10 ready to install one or other on a new phone. I've run Opera on a previous device for almost 3 years now, and looking at it I see that version is Mobile 8.65.

Anyway, here's a link I found to a bit of info about the difference....

I went out today and sent a picture message which meant I had been online, one off on virgin 30p so I thought I would quickly test opera in the field (well down in Neath anyway). Now OM is probably one of the most thirsty web sites out there so went online to it no problem and a couple of others.

So far, pleased with it and it may be that I surf the web a bit more out and about and buy a bundle of time to use.

Virgin will give upto 1GB for £5 per month so not too bad really.

Just have to see if I can write my blog easier in Opera or send it as email then tweak it in opera.
