WHen you know the amount of downcast WHU fans in my building, you'd appreciate my comments!

Well the Hammers are still my team, be interesting to see how many of them stay and try to get us back up next season. The worst thing about going down has been the texts from Millwall supporters there just loving it.Never had so many invites to the New Den

Yeah it was like that for us when we went down from teh Derby scum, but the boot is on the other shoe now they are in the doo-doo.

I guess it's a case of what comes around goes around.

Oh yes. It's like taking water to the horse, but trying to get it to gather stones whilst there's moss.

Alan - look on the bright side - you could be like me - a sunderland fan! I think you've probably got more chance of getting back up than we have! Enjoy the 6 points you'll get from us.

Do I sound bitter and very dispondent??????

Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha I concur entirely with Jon. In fact I was more than a bit sick of the BBC luvvies almost wetting themselves in the anticipation of Bolton would suffering the drop rather than West Ham, who are after all are a massive club and London team to boot, and therefore do not deserve to go down. It makes the fact that they did all the sweeter. What have Bolton done to deserve this? Well they're outside the M25 and too far up the M6, disgraceful!

And you Mr Ford, Let me down badly there. Your team now look distinctly second favourites for the match on Thursday!! All we can hope is that they pull it out of the bag and restore my faith. Come on you scabs!!!
(If they do, then the previous comments may be disregarded and you are indeed a fine fellow)

    LOL
    Phil.

My car broke down outside Bolton's ground the other week. I rang up the breakdown people and spoke to somebody in the call centre in Kent or somewhere around that part of the country (I forget exactly where it is, but you get the gist). I had an awful time trying to explain where I was. OK, it's understandable that she hadn't heard of Horwich. I lost sympathy when she hadn't heard of Bolton (never mind the football ground). I tried saying I was just off the M61 with no luck. She then asked me what county I was in and asked if Bolton was the county! You'd expect someone who answers the phone for a national breakdown service to have some idea of basic geography. It never ocurred to me to ring up and announce - "I'm in Lancashire".

The call centre is probably in Honduras. I had a similar experience trying to explain to the AA that I was between Baslow and Chesterfield...

Having been beaten on numerous occasions this season by Bolton I have nothing but praise for them staying up. Good on them.

Only 1 team in claret and blue in the premier league now!
Just hope we can stay there after a terrible season this time round especially being beaten by the blue noses twice
Just hope Wolves can get up via the play offs (sorry Alex)
