A few of us on the Snowdonia meet last weekend decided to get together for a walk in the SE on Sunday 11th June.

Not sure exactly where yet, probably West Kent or East Sussex. Looking for a good walk with parking for cars and a railway station.

Anyone is welcome to join us Andy, more details will be posted once they are worked out.

Brenda Dawn it will be good to see you again.

I think this time I will ring the nearest pub up and check opening times.

I've found a nice walk of 10.5 miles along the Seven Sisters from Exceat (Seven Sisters Country Park grid ref TV 519995), only problem is the nearest station is a couple of miles away in Seaford, I'm quite happy to do a station run and pick people up, if the train travellers are happy with the idea.

There is supposed to be a nice pub neaar the end of the route in Exceat Bridge called the Golden Galleon, I'm going to try and find out opening times.

Why do these SE meets always occur when I'm away, hmm?

18th or 25th June now, I could make one of those dates!

Sorry, I was away for a week on holiday, It is still on. I suggest we meet at the Forest Car Park at the Seven Sisters Country Park at about 10:30. If anyone wants a lift from the station let me know and I'll Email you my phone number so we can arrange it.

For those going direct, meet at 10:45 at the Forest Car Park at the country park to give me a chance to get there after meeting the train, mines the dirty dark blue Zafira.

Elaina and Jules are you still up for this and do you need a lift from the station?
